Southminster Presbyterian Church (SPC) operates a web site available at the address, http://www.southminsterchurch.com . The primary purpose of this web site is to provide the general public detailed information about our church. SPC, by way of the Web Site Committee, feels that interactive, media-rich content such as pictures and video clips are a vital part of the overall web site experience and this content is prominently displayed throughout the site. In addition, SPC may publish personal information for adults, such as names, email addresses and phone numbers for the purposes of providing the community contact information for various ministries, committees and projects.
On certain portions of the web site, that are accessible to the general public, pictures and video clips of children under the age of 12 may be displayed for the purposes of showing the kinds and types of activities our youth are involved in. These will be in the form of photo and video clip albums. No personally identifiable information will be displayed with these pictures.
At no time will SPC disclose to any third parties, any personal information other than what is available in the form of pictures, video, word content and email addresses on the web site. At any time anyone may request, in writing to have their personal information removed. In addition, also by written request, a parent may opt to have their minor child's information removed.
